Our purpose
Monaco Pest Solutions was born of a simple observation: pest control, as it is practised today, no longer meets the standards expected by the clientele of the Principality and the French Riviera. Too much blanket spraying, too little explanation, illegible or non-existent reports, and a genuine impact on local biodiversity.
We founded Monaco Pest Solutions to offer a radically different approach: integrated pest management, contractual discretion, digital traceability, and particular care for Mediterranean biodiversity — bees, geckos, hedgehogs and the beneficial fauna that still suffer all too often from broad-spectrum treatments.
Our territory
We operate throughout the Principality of Monaco (Monte-Carlo, Fontvieille, Larvotto, La Condamine, Moneghetti, Jardin Exotique), in the neighbouring communes (Cap-d'Ail, Beausoleil, La Turbie, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin) and across the wider French Riviera: Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Èze, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Menton, Mougins, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Vence and Grasse.
For clients at altitude, we also operate in the resorts of the Nice hinterland — Valberg, Isola 2000, Auron, Beuil — where mountain dwellings present their own particular challenges (rodents, moths, wood treatment).
Our approach
All our interventions follow a four-step protocol: audit, costed action plan, intervention conducted by Certibiocide-certified technicians, and documented follow-up. Every visit generates a signed digital report, before/after photographs, a treatment certificate and an update to the biocide register — all documents admissible to HACCP audits, safety committees, insurance companies and property managers.
Our environmental commitment
We formally commit to:
- Prioritise mechanical and biological methods before any chemical treatment
- Systematically select the biocides with the most favourable environmental profile in their category
- Refuse systematic preventative spraying
- Preserve local biodiversity (bees, geckos, hedgehogs, insectivorous birds)
- Maintain an exportable register of biocides applied, ready for the authorities
Our certifications
All our technicians hold the Certibiocide certification, which is mandatory and renewed every 5 years. We work to the standards of the European norm EN 16636 (CEPA) and to the HACCP protocols applicable to our clients in catering and hospitality. All our biocides carry a valid marketing authorisation — no unauthorised product ever enters a client site.
Our culture
Our technicians come from the 5-star service sector, yachting and luxury hospitality. This culture of discretion and premium service is our signature: no yacht name, no client name and no identifying photograph ever leaves our perimeter. A systematic NDA prior to quotation signature is available for clients who request it.
