Data collected
We only collect the data strictly necessary to process your quote or contact request: surname, first name, email, phone number, company (optional), service address, type of premises, nature of the infestation, urgency and free-text message. No sensitive data is requested.
Purposes of processing
- Processing your quote or contact request.
- Contacting you again to qualify your needs.
- Scheduling a free on-site audit.
- Drawing up a service contract.
- Keeping a traceable record of interventions (a regulatory obligation for approved biocides).
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (checkbox in the form) and, once a contract has been signed, on the performance of the service contract.
Processors and recipients
Your data is shared only with the following processors, all bound by a data processing agreement (DPA) compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR:
- Resend Inc. (United States) — sending transactional emails (acknowledgements of receipt, internal notifications). Transfers outside the EU are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (Schrems II).
- OVH SAS (France) — hosting of the website and application backend.
- MongoDB Atlas (EU, Frankfurt region) — storage of quote requests in our internal application.
- Expo Push Notifications (United States) — notifications to iOS technicians when new urgent requests come in. No customer personal data is transmitted in the notification, only a technical identifier.
- Plausible Analytics (EU, hosted in Germany) — anonymous audience measurement, without cookies or personal data.
- Google Analytics 4 (United States) — only if you accept the consent banner. IP addresses are anonymised. Can be disabled at any time by deleting the consent cookie.
Retention periods
- Requests not converted into a contract: 12 months from the last exchange.
- Contractual data: for the duration of the relationship, then archived for 10 years (accounting obligations and traceability of biocide interventions).
- Server logs: 12 months maximum.
- Consent cookie: 13 months (CNIL recommendation).
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Monegasque Law No. 1.165 as amended, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and issue instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to our GDPR contact: rgpd@monacopestsolutions.mc (response within 30 days at most, in accordance with Article 12.3 of the GDPR). In the event of a disagreement, you may lodge a complaint with the APDP (Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles, Monaco — apdp.mc) or the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, France — cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
Our main audience measurement tool is Plausible Analytics, which is GDPR-friendly, uses no tracking cookies and collects no personal data. Google Analytics 4 is only loaded after your explicit consent via the banner. You can revoke this consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or by clicking the dedicated link at the bottom of the banner the next time it appears.
Security
HTTPS transport (TLS 1.2+), HSTS, Content-Security-Policy, honeypot anti-spam, strict server-side validation, rate limiting on forms, encryption at rest with our processors (MongoDB Atlas, Resend, OVH).
