When disinfection becomes necessary
After a disaster. Water damage, fire incident, animal infestation (rodents, birds) leaving droppings and debris: disinfection is mandatory before any return to occupancy. Our report, signed by a Certibiocide-certified technician, is accepted by insurance companies, safety commissions and operators.
Hotel and yacht turnovers. Between two VIP guests in luxury hospitality, premium short-term rentals or charter yachts, a complete disinfection guarantees the absence of cross-contamination. Our interventions outside guest presence, off-service hours, are scheduled to the slot.

4. Return-to-occupancy control. Aerosol settling time, ventilation, opening to occupants. Delays documented on the intervention report.
5. Treatment certificate. Document defensible before insurance, sanitary audits and control commissions. Downloadable from your client area, as many times as needed.
