It requires a deep knowledge of pathogens (bacteria, viruses, fungi), of the applicable European standards (EN 1276 bactericidal, EN 14476 virucidal, EN 1650 fungicidal), of regulatory-compliant biocides and application techniques (cold fogging, thermal misting, contact, steam).
## When disinfection becomes necessary
**After a disaster.** Water damage, fire incident, animal infestation (rodents, birds) leaving droppings and debris: disinfection is mandatory before any return to occupancy. Our report, signed by a Certibiocide-certified technician, is accepted by insurance companies, safety commissions and operators.
**Hotel and yacht turnovers.** Between two VIP guests in luxury hospitality, premium short-term rentals or charter yachts, a complete disinfection guarantees the absence of cross-contamination. Our interventions outside guest presence, off-service hours, are scheduled to the slot.
**Professional kitchens and HACCP.** Disinfection of work surfaces, cold rooms, waste bins, storage areas according to the restaurant's sanitary control plan. Compatible with Bureau Veritas, SGS, ECOCERT audits and Monegasque and French safety commissions.

Protocol selection.** regulatory-compliant biocide chosen by target: - *Bactericidal* — EN 1276, food-contact approved for kitchens - *Virucidal* — EN 14476, broad enveloped + non-enveloped spectrum - *Fungicidal* — EN 1650, post-water-disaster mould - *Sporicidal* — EN 13704 for high-risk environments
**3. Technical application.** Three techniques depending on context: - *Cold fogging* (ULV) for volumes >100 m³, reaches inaccessible surfaces - *Thermal misting* for very large open areas - *Contact application* for food-work surfaces and furniture
**4. Return-to-occupancy control.** Aerosol settling time, ventilation, opening to occupants. Delays documented on the intervention report.
**5. Treatment certificate.** Document defensible before insurance, sanitary audits and control commissions. Downloadable from your client area, as many times as needed.
