Transparent pricing Monaco Pest Solutions

We do not display single-package rates because every pest control intervention in Monaco has parameters specific to it: surface, pest type, urgency, accessibility, required confidentiality. This page details our methodology and the factors that make a quote vary, so you know what to expect BEFORE even contacting us.

Our methodology in 5 principles

• Transparent nominative quote, never blind flat-rate

  We refuse to bill without seeing the site (except absolute 24/7 emergencies on phone report). Every quote details the items: diagnosis, treatment, products used, control returns, warranty.

• Free diagnosis before any commitment

  The on-site audit is free and without obligation. You receive a written report within 24 h with annotated photos and risk level per zone. You then choose whether to commit to the treatment — or not.

• No hidden price, no surprise supplement

  The amount on the quote is the amount paid — unless new zones appear during the site work, in which case we inform you before any overrun for validation. No invoice is ever greater than the validated quote.

• Written result guarantee

  For most interventions (rat control, pest control, dust-mite treatment, wasp/hornet nests), we guarantee the result for 30 to 90 days depending on the pest. In case of recurrence within the period, we return without additional billing.

• HACCP / insurance-compliant written certificate

  Every intervention is documented with a certificate containing our Certibiocide number (N°121134), the date, the authorised products used, the zones treated, the protocol applied. Accepted by most home insurers and HACCP-compatible for collective catering.

What makes a quote vary

• Surface and number of rooms

  A 40 m² studio treated for rat control does not require the same resources as a 300 m² apartment with 4 bedrooms, or an 800 m² Cap-Ferrat villa on 3 levels. Man-hours and product volumes vary proportionally.

• Pest type and infestation level

  An isolated mouse in a crawl space = 2h intervention. An advanced German cockroach infestation in a restaurant kitchen = 4-6h + 2 returns. A bed bug on 1 room = steam protocol 180 °C + contact biocide + 1 control.

• Intervention urgency

  An intervention scheduled at D+3 is billed at standard rate. A 24/7 on-call intervention (Sunday, public holiday, night) involves a framed surcharge indicated in the on-call quote.

• Accessibility and site constraints

  An accessible hornet nest at 3m ladder = standard intervention. A hornet nest at 15m under a listed cornice = telescopic pole + height certification + 2-technician intervention. Price reflects the resources committed.

• Confidentiality and NDA

  Our palace, yacht and prestige residential interventions systematically include an NDA at no extra cost — that's our standard. Off-hours slots (night, weekend, very early morning) to preserve discretion may generate a framed supplement.

• Annual contract vs one-off intervention

  An annual contract (audit + planned treatments + monitoring) is proportionally 30-50% cheaper than an addition of equivalent one-off interventions. Recommended for hospitality, restaurants, condominiums > 20 units, senior residences and yachts in continuous activity.

Intervention typologies — what defines each quote

We display no fixed price on the site because every quote is built on the real parameters of your site. Here however are the main intervention typologies and what makes each unique — to allow you to anticipate the complexity before contacting us.

• One-off residential pest control intervention

  Mice, cockroaches, ants, simple bed bugs on one room. Diagnosis + treatment + 1 control return. Low to moderate complexity.

• Accessible wasp / hornet nest destruction

  Nest at ladder foot up to 4 metres. Single intervention on short slot, removal 24-48h after. Low complexity.

• Asian hornet nest at height

  10-15 metre telescopic pole, powder insecticide, height work certification, often 2 technicians. High complexity, specialised equipment.

• Residential bed bug treatment

  180 °C steam protocol + contact biocide + mattress encapsulation + 1 control at D+21. Medium complexity, significant man-hours.

• HACCP restaurant kitchen pest control

  Off-service intervention (night or Sunday), no residual biocide in food areas, mandatory HACCP certificate, often follow-up contract. High complexity, regulatory constraints.

• Annual condominium / hotel / yacht contract

  Prior audit + planned treatments + continuous monitoring + priority on-call. Variable complexity by patrimony, transparent annual pricing based on audit.

We do not publish a fixed tariff grid because a displayed price would inevitably be misleading — either underestimated and generating unpleasant surprises, or overestimated and inflated to "cover". We prefer tailored transparency: free audit, detailed nominative quote, matching price.
